8. Late Payment by the Client
If a due payment is not settled on time, Astro IT has the right to temporarily suspend work until the outstanding amount is settled.
Suspending the project may affect the expected delivery date.
For projects requiring paid external services, such as hosting, domains, or cloud services, related fees must be paid as agreed.
9. Project Execution and Delivery Timelines
Astro IT strives to execute projects within the agreed timeframe.
The delivery date may be affected by several factors, including:
- Changes in requirements.
- Delays by the client in providing information.
- Delays by the client in approving designs.
- Delays by the client in sending content.
- Delays by third-party services.
- Issues related to hosting or domains.
- Technical circumstances beyond control.
No estimated delivery date is considered an absolute guarantee unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
10. Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing the information and materials necessary to perform the service, which may include, depending on the nature of the project:
- Content.
- Text.
- Images.
- Logos.
- Brand identity.
- Account details.
- Hosting details.
- Domain details.
- Project requirements.
- Any necessary technical information.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials provided.
The client also guarantees that they hold the right to use any content, files, images, or trademarks they provide to Astro IT.
11. Modifications and Scope Changes
The project is implemented according to the agreed scope of work.
Free revisions include only what was agreed to be included within the project.
Adding new functions, pages, systems, or integrations that were not part of the original scope may be considered an additional request.
In this case, Astro IT has the right to:

- Obtain the client's approval before implementation.
12. Cancellation Policy

Refunds do not include, as applicable, the value of services already performed or delivered, or external costs paid at the client's request.
The amount is refunded using a method suitable and available to both parties.
